I have used it for quite some time too, till I tried WinSCP.
WinSCP supports both SFTP and FTP (and also the SCP protocol), bookmarking of paths, comprehensive hotkeys, integration with putty, drag and drop files, and lots more features I haven't tampered with yet.
Try it and see for yourself.
WinSCP 4.1.8

Download it from this link or visit their website.

sir, secure ba ito? as in pwede gamitin commercially? thanks!
It is as secure as any FTP client out there that supports SFTP.
From their website:
WinSCP is an open source SFTP client and FTP client for Windows. Its main function is the secure file transfer between a local and a remote computer. Beyond this, WinSCP offers basic file manager functionality. It uses Secure Shell (SSH) and supports, in addition to Secure FTP, also legacy SCP protocol.
I think that says everything.
